Julia Samoilova - Flame is burning

Julia Samoilova was chosen internally by Russia to represent them at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with the song "Flame is burning".

Effectively flame is burning with this choice because Ukraine don't allow the singer to enter in the country for the contest because of some political troubles due to the Crimean peninsula.
