A really beautiful and lovely song won the Eurovision Song Contest 1997, United kingdom reported the competition to the country with the song "Love shine a light" singed by Katrina & The Waves. A total of 227 points gave the victory to Katrina & the Waves, 70 points more than Ireland, the second classified in the final.
